    Hi

    I am not !00% sure, but it looks like British or Italian Army garrison in what is know called Abdi-asis area north of Mogadishu Port.

    This parcels of land has been dived at east of Shingani between viale littoral and along seaside. Mauriizio Rava then Somali Governor commissioned I.N.C.S to build seven Villas to encounter the penury of houses for the Italian working for colonial Authorities
