    later it was made mogadishu’s municipality by the militry regime, but it use to be the office of the government, i remember we use to call it in a corrupted italian “VISSIO GOVERNO”, it use to be the seat of the prime minister and the entire minsters in the sixties. while the president’s seat use to be villa somalia.
